PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air filter filter-material and an air filter which are easily pleated, hardly change a pleat shape of the air filter under in high wind-velocity and have excellent dust-collecting performance and deodorization performance.SOLUTION: An aldehyde adsorbent having an average particle size of 1 to 50 μm is carried on nonwoven fabric which has a unit weight of 40 to 100 g/m2, a thickness of 0.1 to 1.4 mm and wind pressure resistance 6.5 g or more on MD of nonwoven fabric 1 and of 4.5 g or more on CD of nonwoven fabric, or on nonwoven fabric composed of two layers of a support body layer and a dust collecting layer, the support body layer has a unit weight of 40 to 100 g/m2 and a thickness of 0.2 to 1.4 mm with binder, and the dust collecting layer is nonwoven fabric which is subjected to electret processing, has a unit weight of 10 to 30 g/m2, has veneer pressure loss upon 5.3 cm/s, of 9.5 Pa or less, has collection efficiency of atmospheric dust of particle size upon 5.3 cm/s, of 0.3 μm or more and less than 0.5 μm, of 80% or more, wind pressure durability is 8 to 33 g on MD of air filter filter-material 1 and is 6 to 20 g on CD thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】プリーツ加工がし易く、高風速下でエアフィルターのプリーツ形状が変化しにくく、優れた集塵性能と脱臭性能を有するエアフィルター濾材及びエアフィルターを提供する。【解決手段】目付４０～１００ｇ／ｍ２、厚さ０．１～１．４ｍｍ、風圧耐性が不織布１のＭＤにおいて６．５ｇ以上、ＣＤにおいて４．５ｇ以上の不織布、又は、支持体層と集塵層の２層により構成され、支持体層が、目付４０～１００ｇ／ｍ２、厚さが０．２～１．４ｍｍである不織布に、平均粒子径１～５０μｍのアルデヒド吸着剤がバインダーにより担持され、集塵層が、エレクトレット加工された、目付１０～３０ｇ／ｍ２、５．３ｃｍ／ｓ時の単板圧損が９．５Ｐａ以下、５．３ｃｍ／ｓ時の粒子径０．３μｍ以上０．５μｍ未満の大気塵の捕集効率が８０％以上の不織布であり、風圧耐性が、エアフィルター濾材１のＭＤにおいて８～３３ｇであり、ＣＤにおいて６～２０ｇである。【選択図】図２
