PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact apparatus for dispersing a powder and granular material, which can efficiently achieve uniform dispersion.SOLUTION: The apparatus for dispersing the powder and granular material is constituted by tanks (10) for storing the powder and granular application material, feeding devices (11) for feeding the application material, conveyance tubes (30) for blowing and conveying the application material received from the feeding devices (11), and second straight tubular dispersing tubes (14) which are foldably connected in a bilaterally symmetric manner by bellows tubes (40) provided in their conveyance ends so as to disperse the application material. A blower (12) is provided behind both the tanks (10). A blower tube (31) is provided which forward blows and guides the lower central part of both the tanks (10) from the delivery opening (111) of the blower (12), and branches right and left. The blower tube (31) communicates with the respective conveyance tubes (30) on either side which are each directly connected with the feeding devices (11) at their immediately downward positions.
