PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor for preparing sentences when documenting a state of a lesion in a medical document preparation such as a clinical chart and achieve a secondary use by facilitating an extraction of medical information included in drawing.SOLUTION: A computer program and a device for documenting a state of a lesion of a diagnosis object part are configured to cause a computer to function by including: (S1) input means for inputting a specific site predetermined for the diagnosis object and a name of the lesion； (S2) drawing and editing means for displaying a rough sketch of the diagnosis object part on a display screen such that pen input means or pointer input means can draw a lesion area in a drawable region prescribed by the rough sketch of the diagnosis object part displayed on the display screen； (S3) analysis means for recognizing and digitizing the position and the dimension of the lesion area by determining the presence/absence of the drawing in the drawable region； and (S4) sentence generation means for generating a sentence representing the state of the lesion from the data.【課題】カルテ等の医療文書作成において病変の様子を文章化する場合の文章作成の労力をより軽減し、また、描画に含まれる医療情報を容易に取り出して二次利用が可能となるようにすること。【解決手段】診断対象部の病変の様子を文章化するためのコンピュータプログラムおよび装置であって、当該コンピュータは、（Ｓ１）診断対象部に対し予め定められた特定部位と病変の名称とを入力する入力手段、（Ｓ２）表示画面に表示した診断対象部の下絵によって規定された描画可能領域内に病変領域をペン入力手段またはポインター入力手段によって描画し得るようにする描画編集手段、（Ｓ３）該描画可能領域内の描画の有無を調べることにより病変領域の位置と大きさとを認識しかつデータ化する解析手段、（Ｓ４）該データから病変の様子を表した文章を生成する文章生成手段として、コンピュータを機能させるよう構成される。また、当該装置はこれらの手段を有する。【選択図】図１
