The present invention relates to a coronary artery extraction apparatus using an angiography and a method thereof, and more particularly, to a coronary artery extraction apparatus using vessel correspondence optimization and a method thereof, capable of accurately extracting not only a central line of a vessel but also vessel branches which are branched and intersected in the central line of the vessel by applying the vessel correspondence optimization (VCO) in which a Markov random field (MRF) is applied from a fluoroscopy X-ray image frame.본 발명은 혈관 조영술을 이용한 관상동맥 혈관 추출 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 형광 투시 엑스레이 영상 프레임으로부터 마르코브 랜덤 필드(Markov Random Field: MRF)가 적용되는 혈관대응최적화(Vessel Correspondence Optimization: VCO)를 적용하여 혈관의 중심선뿐만 아니라 혈관 중심선에서 분기, 교차되는 혈관 가지들을 정확하게 추출할 수 있는 혈관대응최적화를 이용한 관상동맥 혈관 추출 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
