The present invention relates to an anti-adhesive composition which has excellent biocompatibility and post-surgery anti-adhesive effects, to a surgical mesh complex containing same for anti-adhesion functions, and to a method for manufacturing same. The surgical mesh complex according to one embodiment of the present invention is used in a surgical operation, such as a herniotomy, to prevent adhesion which may take occur immediately after the surgical operation, and then an anti-adhesive polymer is rapidly absorbed within and excreted out of the human body while a mesh layer is maintained so as to prevent the recurrence of the hernia. Since the mesh complex has excellent flexibility and stability in the shape thereof and is lightweight, the mesh complex is easily controlled during the operation and can reduce the feeling of irritation felt by a patient. Also, the mesh complex has enough physical strength to withstand pressure in the abdominal cavity after the operation. In addition, the present invention is capable of significantly improving post-surgery anti-adhesive effects.
