The device has a ball struck unit comprising a clamp with arms (2, 3), where the arms are provided with claws (21, 31) and a fixing unit (5) of a holding link and a cutting unit (4) of the link. The clamp has a frame (1) attached to a tractor machine and comprising a fixing unit (5). The arms are articulated laterally on sides of the frame. The cutting unit is placed on one of the arms near the claws of the arm and on a middle part of the clamp close to the fixing unit.
