PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiagent type hair treatment agent capable of excellently foaming a mixed agent, suppressing drop-down of the mixed agent from hair when applying to hair or during when left to stand after the application, further improving smoothness of hair after decoloring or dyeing.SOLUTION: A hair treatment agent is provided with a first agent including or excluding an oxidation dye and containing an alkali agent, and a second agent containing an oxidizing agent. The hair treatment agent is a multiagent type hair treatment agent which is mixed and used as a mixed agent. The first agent has a form of liquid, emulsion or gel. The second agent has a form of emulsion. The mixed agent mixed of the hair treatment agent has a form of emulsion or gel. The first agent includes at least one surfactant among ampholytic surfactants and anionic surfactants.
