Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε νέα παράγωγα 1,3-διυδρο-2Η-βενζιμιδαζολ-2-όνης υποκατεστημένα με ετεροκυκλικούς δακτυλίους που έχουν τον τύπο (I) στερεοϊσομερείς μορφές αυτών, και τα φαρμακευτικώς αποδεκτά άλατα προσθήκης, και τα επιδιαλυτωμένα σύμπλοκα αυτών, όπου τα R4, R5, Ζ και Het έχουν την έννοια που ορίζεται στις αξιώσεις. Οι ενώσεις σύμφωνα με την παρούσα εφεύρεση είναι χρήσιμες ως αναστολείς στον αναδιπλασιασμό του αναπνευστικού συγκυτιακού ιού (RSV). Compounds according to this invention are useful as inhibitors to the replication of the respiratory cell virus (RSV). The invention further concerns the manufacture of such new compounds,compositions containing these compounds,and compounds for use in the treatment of respiratory tract virus infection.
