The following steps are provided for producing a sheet cellulose material, for instance a handkerchief, comprising at least one adjuvant substance for the treatment of allergic rhinitis:generating an aqueous nano- or micro-emulsion containing nano- or micro-droplet of said at least one substance encapsulated in a protective layer comprising a non-ionic surface-active agentapplying the nano- or micro-emulsion to the cellulose materialevaporating water, leading to the formation of nano- or micro-capsules anchored to the cellulose fibers.
