PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arm cover capable of easily perceiving liquid leakage while preventing a patients excessive cold sense.SOLUTION: An arm cover is made of a stretchable cloth material, and is formed in a cylindrical shape of a thickness to clamp the forearm and upper-arm to the extent that it does not fall off, and to the extent that it does not block a blood flow, when worn. The arm cover is characterized in that a vertically long slit-like opening is formed at least at the portion corresponding to the inner surface of the elbow joint, in that the stretchable cloth material has flexibility to deform along the recesses and protrusions of a patients arm when the arm cover is worn without causing local obstruction of blood flow, and in that a second slit-like opening is formed at the portion corresponding to the inside center of the forearm.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、患者の過冷感を防止しながらも、容易に液漏れを察知できるようにした腕カバーを提供することを課題とした。【解決手段】 本発明1の腕カバーは、伸縮性布生地からなり、装着時の前腕及び上腕を脱落しない程度であって血流を阻害しない程度に締め付ける太さの筒状に形成されていて、少なくとも肘関節内面に対応する箇所の上下に長いスリット状の開口が形成されていることを特徴とし、又、その伸縮性布生地は、局部的な血行妨害が生じずに装着時に患者の腕の凹凸に倣って変形する柔軟性を有することを特徴とし、又、前腕の内側中央に対応する箇所にも第二のスリット状開口が形成されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
