The present invention relates to a pusher cutter which comprises the following: a shaft having a hollow unit formed therein and a cutting unit formed on one side thereof, while being extended in a longitudinal direction a pusher unit located at the hollow unit for positioning a suture thread by being formed in a curve shape and a grip unit installed in and connected to the other end of the pusher unit and held by an operator. The pusher unit is rotated in the oblique direction by the operation of the grip unit so as to be exposed to one end of the shaft and bind a knot of the suture thread, and the pusher unit intersects with the cutting unit to cut the suture thread.
