PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a downtime in a beverage filling work while increasing a washing/bactericidal effect of an aseptic filling device.SOLUTION: An aseptic filling device is configured by providing various stations including a content filling station along the flow of a preform or a container by rotation of each wheel in a wheel row, sequentially from the upstream to the downstream, and covering with a chamber. A cleaning method of the device includes: performing CIP(Cleaning in Place) (S1) for the content filling station after stopping the rotation of the wheel; increasing a temperature of cleaning fluid to a temperature required for performing SIP(Sterilizing in Place) (S2) following the CIP, from the beginning or the middle of the CIP; continuously performing SIP for the content filling station while stopping the rotation of the wheel, and performing sterilization and removal of the cleaning fluid by the SIP; and performing one or both of COP (Cleaning out of Place) and SOP(Sterilizing out of Place) (S3) for the content filling station in a prescribed order while rotating the wheel just after the SIP is finished.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】無菌充填装置の洗浄・殺菌効果を高めつつ、飲料の充填作業におけるダウンタイムを短縮する。【解決手段】ホイール列の各ホイールの回転によるプリフォーム又は容器の流れに沿って、その上流側から下流側へと内容物充填ステーションを含む各種ステーションを順に設けてチャンバーで覆った無菌充填装置を構成し、ホイールの回転を停止させたうえで内容物充填ステーションについてCIP(S1)を行い、このCIPの初期から又は途中から洗浄液の温度をCIPに続いて行うSIP(S2)に必要な温度へと高め、引き続きホイールの回転を停止させたままで内容物充填ステーションについてSIPを行い、このSIPによって殺菌と上記洗浄液の除去とを行い、このSIPが終わった直後からホイールを回転させつつ、内容物充填ステーションについてCOP及びSOP(S3)の一方又は双方を所定の順序で行う。【選択図】図4
