PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device that can quantify attenuation of an echo by a simple configuration, and to provide a signal processing device and an analysis program.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic device includes an adjustment part and a processing part. The adjustment part adjusts a received signal that is based on an echo of a supersonic wave transmitted to a subject, by a gain depending on an echo generation position.
