PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sauna apparatus performing an appropriate sauna operation.SOLUTION: This sauna apparatus includes: a water storage part 6 for storing water a heating means 9 for heating the water in the water storage part 6 water crushing means 22, 24 and 29 crushing warm water stored in the water storage part to generate fine droplets and negative ions an air blower 35 with variable rotation speed and feeding the fine droplets and the negative ions generated by the water crushing means 22, 24 and 29 to the interior of a sauna room 2 and an air heating means 43 heating the air in the sauna room 2 circulated by the air blower 35 and performs the sauna operation for feeding the fine droplets and the negative ions to the interior of the sauna room 2.
