PURPOSE: An opening and closing device of a roof is provided to stably perform opening and closing the roof by preventing distortion of a shaft and shaking due to weight when moving a door in order to open or close one part of the roof. CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing device of a roof comprises a chain mounting part(10), a rail beam(20), a door(30), a shaft(40), a driving member, a mass(60), and an awning screen. The chain mounting part is installed in the upper part of a main beam(3) of the roof(1) and is integrated with a chain roller(15) which guides rotation of a chain(12). The rail beam is mounted on the upper of the main beam through a supporting board(5). The door is installed in order to move along the rail beam through a roller(35) by rotation of the chain. The shaft rotates the chain in order to move the door. The driving member controls the circulation of the shaft. The mass is installed in the chain mounting part, is connected to the chain, and moves along the rail beam. The awning screen is folded and is spread according to the movement of the mass by the rotation of the chain.본 발명은 건축구조물이나 축사 지붕의 일부분이 슬라이딩 방식으로 개폐되게 하는 지붕의 개폐장치에 관한 것으로, 지붕의 메인 빔 상부에 설치되어서 체인의 회전을 안내하는 체인롤러와 일체로 결합되어 있는 체인장착부； 상기 체인롤러에 의한 체인장착부가 이동가능하게 설치되도록 H형상 빔으로 이루어지며, 상기 받침대를 통해 메인 빔의 상부에 장착되는 레일 빔； 상부에 채광판이 구비되고, 상기 체인의 회전에 따라서 롤러를 통해 상기 레일 빔을 따라 이동하도록 이루어진 도어； 상기 도어가 이동되도록 상기 체인을 회전시키는 샤프트； 상기 샤프트의 회동을 제어하는 구동부재； 상기 도어의 중량에 의한 무게중심을 잡아주며 상기 샤프트의 뒤틀림 현상을 방지하도록 상기 체인장착부에 설치되되 상기 체인과 연결되어서 상기 도어의 개폐에 대응하여 상기 레일 빔을 따라 이동하도록 설치되는 중량체； 및 상기 중량체의 이동에 따라 접혀지거나 펼쳐지도록 연결되어서 상기 도어가 개방될 때는 펼쳐지고 폐쇄될 때는 접혀져서 건축구조물이나 축사 내부로 들어오는 햇빛을 차단하는 차양막；을 구성한다.
