PURPOSE: A composition is provided to enhance percutaneous absorption and to manufacture a percutaneous preparation of an acid drug. CONSTITUTION: A composition contains C3-C8 polyhydric alcohol, C12-C20 high carbon number alcohol, and C2-C9 organic amine. The C3-C8 polyhydric alcohol is selected from propylene glycol, butylene glycol, glycerol, dipropylene glycol, and octanediol. The C12-C20 high carbon number alcohol is selected from lauryl alcohol, myristyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, hexyldecanol, stearyl alcohol, isostearyl alcohol, arakyl alcohol, and octyldodecanol.
