More specifically, the device comprises: a cylinder unit which comprises a hollow unit formed inside a cylinder main body to have an injection liquid filled therein, an outlet hole protruding on one end of the cylinder main body, and a pusher hole formed on the other end of the cylinder main body wherein the hollow unit, outlet hole and pusher hole communicate with each other； a pusher unit which is inserted into the hollow unit through the pusher hole； a head unit which comprises a head main body coupled to the outside of the outlet hole, a needle hole formed on one end of the head main body, a coupling groove formed on the other end of the head main body and having a shape corresponding to the outlet hole, and a separation preventing pack having an adhesive filled therein and provided in a wall surface of the coupling groove； and a needle unit which has a hollow therein and is coupled to the needle hole.
