The present invention relates to a laser surgical operation apparatus capable of laser treatment and laser surgery by irradiating a laser beam to a specific part in the body. The laser surgical operation apparatus enables laser treatment and laser surgery on a wider part by blocking front ends of optical fibers irradiating light to allow a laser beam not to go straight so that a laser beam is irradiated in the outer circumferential direction of the optical fibers. The laser surgical operation apparatus comprising optical fibers (100) irradiating a laser beam to a treatment part has a cover (200) blocking rectilinear propagation of a laser beam and reflecting the laser beam on the front ends of the optical fibers (100), and a plurality of bumps (150) inducing diffused reflection of a laser beam to the outer circumferential surface of the optical fibers (100).본 발명은 인체 내의 특정 부위에 레이저를 조사하여 레이저 치료 및 레이저 수술을 할 수 있도록 하되, 레이저를 조사하는 광섬유의 선단을 막아 레이저 광이 직진하지 못하도록 함으로써 레이저가 광섬유의 외주면 방향으로 조사되어 더 넓은 부위에 대한 레이저 치료 및 레이저 수술이 가능하게 한 레이저 수술장치에 관한 것으로서, 시술 부위에 레이저를 조사하는 광섬유(100)를 포함하는 레이저 수술장치에 있어서, 상기 광섬유(100)의 선단부에 레이저광의 직진을 차단하여 반사하는 커버(200)가 설치되고, 상기 광섬유(100)의 외주면에 레이저의 난반사를 유도하는 다수의 요철(150)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
