FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely devices for retaining drug container for drug delivery device. Device contains at least one flexible retainer connected to proximal part of drug delivery device housing. Wherein part of housing is designed to receive substantially tubular vessel with drug and is additionally equipped with connection device, intended for sharing with appropriate connector distal part of housing. Wherein at least one flexible retainer is designed for interaction with external surface of vessel received inside drug container, Thus at least one flexible retainer is made to apply lateral compressive forces to drug vessel to prevent movement in essentially lateral direction of drug vessel in part of housing, and at least one flexible retainer is fixed with part of housing as single integral part and formed section with essentially U-like cutout in part of housing and is connected so, that at least one retaining element bends sideways in direction, in fact, perpendicular to longitudinal axis of body part to provide lateral clamping forces acting on outer surface of drug vessel.
