The present invention relates to an orally-disintegrating pharmaceutical tablet formulation, which is characterized by comprising vildagliptin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of vildagliptin and a coating which is selected from methyl methacrylate - diethyl aminoethyl methacrylate copolymer, polyvinylpyrrolidone having 3.5 - 5.5 mPa s or 5.5 - 8.5 mPa s viscosity, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose having 3.5 - 5.5 mPa s viscosity.
