Disclosed are a combination-type locking screw (1, 1) used for a bone plate and a bone plate system comprising same. The locking screw is particularly suitable for conventional bone plates. The locking screw (1, 1) comprises a bone screw (3) and a locking component (2) used for implanting into a human body. The head of the bone screw (3) is provided with a through-hole (6) at an inclined angle with respect to its longitudinal axis for the locking component (2) to extend therethrough. The inner hole wall of the through-hole (6) is provided with engagement means for engaging corresponding engagement means on the locking component (2). The performance of the present combination-type locking screw reaches, and even exceeds that of a steel locking plate system, and the locking screw is of low cost and the surgical operation thereof is simple.Linvention concerne une vis de blocage de type combiné (1,1) utilisée avec une plaque à os, ainsi quun système de plaque à os la comprenant.
