The present invention relates to an apparatus for generating microbubbles, wherein the air is introduced by a fan for circulating the air. Fine dust in the air is collected in the water, through the microbubble generation unit including the high-pressure generation unit. The apparatus for generating microbubbles sterilizes the bacteria in the air by the heat generated in a process of the dissipation of the air formed of microbubbles in water, due to the microbubble generation unit and the sterilizing power of the air converted to ozone by a high-pressure generation unit.
