FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a medical technique, namely to a compression mask for post-operative cooling of the soft tissues of a patients face. Mask body with slots for the eyes, mouth and nose of the patient is made of 0.5–2.0 mm thick from a biocompatible and non-toxic polymeric material. Configuration of the mask body is modeled on the results of a pre-made computed tomography, a 3D photographic image of the patients soft tissue, and also on the basis of the model created and produced using printing on a 3D printer with the boundaries of the postoperative area of the patients face soft tissues. Mask is equipped with the means of fastening and fixing it on the head of the operated patient in the form of an elastic fastening strap, which is regulated by the degree of compression pressure on the surface of the soft tissues of the patients face. Inner body surface of the compression mask is equipped with a cooling system of the surface of the operated patients face soft tissues. Cooling system is made in the form of a continuous and curved mask placed vertically on the inner surface of the body without intersecting the serpentine branches with rounded passages of the cooling tube with the supply inlet and outlet of the cooling liquid or gaseous.
