PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling pack having further improved cooling performance as compared with a conventional cooling pack, and in particular, dramatically improved cooling performance when reused as a cooling agent after use. A cooling pack 1 has a water bag 10 containing water 10a, and an outer bag 11 containing the water bag 10 and a cooling agent 11a that reacts with water to absorb heat. By causing the water bag to burst due to an external impact, the water and the coolant undergo an endothermic reaction to cool. Sodium polyacrylate 11b is contained in the outer bag of the cooling pack.
