PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device capable of increasing the opportunities for separating the Nemacystus decipiens from foreign materials by surely unraveling the Nemacystus. decipiens thrown in as a lump state and also surely excluding heavy foreign materials and floating materials in each of steps.SOLUTION: The Nemacystus decipiens is surely unraveled and the Nemacystus decipiens and foreign materials are separated by repeating actions that the Nemacystus decipiens moves underwater through a lower hole of a partition, then collides with the lower edge of the next partition, elevates and then overflows, while the Nemacystus decipiens as the lump state is unraveled in a decomposing vessel at a highest stage, then flowed down in an inclined trough-formed alternating flowing vessel at lower stages, and repeats the lower hole underwater flows and upper end overflowing flows at the partitions installed at a predetermined interval. Also, since a method for discharging the heavy foreign materials at a bottom pocket installed at the upstream side of the partition for overflowing is at least adopted, and since the heavy foreign materials sink and go into the bottom pocket, while the Nemacystus decipiens collides with the partitions for overflowing and elevates, the heavy foreign materials can be excluded.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】塊状に投入されたモズクを確実に解きほぐしてモズクと異物の分離の機会を増やすと共に、それぞれの段階において重量異物と浮遊物を確実に排除可能な方法と装置を実現する。【解決手段】塊状のモズクを最上段の分解槽で解きほぐした後、下段の傾斜樋状の交互流槽を流下する際に、所定間隔に設けた隔壁の下穴潜行流と上端オーバーフロー流を交互に繰り返す際に、モズクが隔壁の下穴を潜行し、次いで次の隔壁の下端に衝突し上昇してオーバーフローするという動作を繰り返すことで、モズクが確実に解きほぐされてモズクと異物が分離される。また、少なくともオーバーフロー用隔壁の上流寄りに設けた底ポケット重量異物を排出する方法を採っているため、モズクがオーバーフロー用隔壁に衝突して上昇する際に重量異物は沈降して底ポケットに入り込むので、重量異物を排除できる。【選択図】 図1
