According to an embodiment, the method of managing a disease includes: a step of receiving the biometric information of a cow from a biosensor capsule seated on the stomach of the cow； a step of analyzing the biometric information and determining the health state of the cow based on an analysis result； and a step of transmitting information on the health state of the cow to a user managing the cow. The health state includes at least one of a breeding-related state, a disease state, a methane gas generation state, and the activity state of a rumen for estrus and labor of the cow.
