PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for reconstructing a CT image using a color channel of a GPU are provided to rapidly reconstruct the CT image by simultaneously filtering and loading a plurality of projection images in the color channel of the GPU.CONSTITUTION: A tomography unit(210) obtains a plurality of projection images. A filter applying unit(220) loads and filters the plurality of projection images in a memory of a color channel. A reverse projection applying unit(230) applies a reverse projection method to the plurality of projection images loaded in the memory of the color channel. An image obtaining unit obtains a CT image by applying the reverse projection method to the plurality of projection images loaded in the memory.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012컴퓨터단층촬영 장치에서 얻은 투영 영상을 이용하여 삼차원 영상데이터를 재구성하는 GPU의 색상 채널을 이용한 CT 영상 재구성 장치 및 방법을 개시한다.일 실시예로서, CT 영상 재구성 장치는, 복수 개의 투영 영상을 획득하는 단층 촬영부와 상기 복수 개의 투영 영상을 RGBA 색상채널을 갖는 텍스처 메모리에 로딩하여 필터링하는 필터 적용부 및 상기 색상 채널의 메모리에 로딩된 복수 개의 투영 영상에 역투영 방법을 적용하는 역투영 적용부를 포함하여 구성할 수 있다.
