PURPOSE: An apparatus for forming a seed furrow is provided to enhance the productivity of agricultural products by facilitating the transplantation of seeds or seedlings. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for forming seed furrows comprises a pair of fixed frames(110,110'), a first frame(120), a pair of second frames(130,130'), a pair of height adjusting frames(140,140'), a pair of rotational plates(150,150'), a plurality of valley distance adjusting bars(160), a plurality of furrow forming members(170), and a position adjusting bolt(180). A pair of fixed frames are detachable from the front of a tractor. The first frame has a horizontal holder on both sides thereof. A pair of second frames have perpendicular holders in the front of both sides thereof. A pair of height adjusting frames are combined with a perpendicular holder.
