PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a complicated texture to vegetable-containing beverage.SOLUTION: The invention relates to application of complicated texture, in addition to a solid feeling of a raw material, by combining plural raw materials having different textures each other. In particular the invention relates to the vegetable-containing beverage comprising, at least two selected from: (1) juice waste of citrus, from which a pellicle and seed are removed (2) a cut object which is obtained by cutting at least one of vegetable and fruit (first cut object) and (3) a cut object which is obtained by cutting at least one of vegetable and fruit, and which is harder than the first cut object (second cut object).
