PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptide vaccine against diseases mediated by neovascularization, such as tumor； especially to provide an epitope peptide originated from VEGFR1 inducing CTL； and to provide an antigen-presenting cell presenting the peptide and CTL targeting the peptide, and a method for inducing the antigen-presenting cell or the CTL.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition contains a peptide originated from VEGFR1 or a polynucleotide encoding the peptide as an active ingredient.
