PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water absorbing treatment material excellent in manufacturing cost, hard to produce liberated water even if receiving a large amount of urine and capable of suppressing the occurrence of a malodor.SOLUTION: The water absorbing treatment material is obtained by gathering a large number of granular water absorbers.
