The present invention relates to a drying equipment, which can perform drying and dehumidifying an object to be dried, such as agricultural and marine products. The dying equipment comprises a drying chamber, a mechanical chamber, a first compressor, a first condenser, a first expansion valve, an evaporator, a second compressor, and a second condenser. The drying chamber accommodates the object to be dried. The mechanical chamber supplies air to the drying chamber via an air supply port, and injects air from the drying chamber through an air inflow port. The first compressor receives a coolant from a first liquid separator and compresses the coolant at high temperatures and high pressure. The first condenser is placed in an air supply port and heat-exchanges air discharged from a mechanical chamber with the coolant supplied from the first compressor, and supplies the coolant which has been heated to the drying chamber. The expansion valve receives and decompresses coolant condensed through a first condenser. The evaporator heat-exchanges a low-temperature and low-pressure coolant supplied from the first expansion valve with air introduced from the drying chamber to evaporate moisture contained in the air. The second compressor receives a coolant from a second liquid separator and compresses the coolant at high temperatures and high pressure.
