PURPOSE: An animal model for selecting therapeutic candidates in Atopic Dermatitis and a screening method using the same are provided to confirm immunomodulating effects due to IFN &gamma； in vivo. CONSTITUTION: An animal model for selecting therapeutic candidates in Atopic Dermatitis is formed by following steps: mating an animal including Interferon-gamma (IFN &gamma；) reporter gene with an atopic dermatitis induction animal； reverse mating a heteroconjugated animal obtained by the mating with the atopic dermatitis induction animal； and fluorescent revealing IFN &gamma； secreting cells. The animal including the IFN &gamma； reporter gene is a Yeti B6 mouse. The atopic dermatitis induction animal is a NC/Nga mouse.본 발명은 아토피 피부염 조절물질 선별용 동물모델 및 이를 이용한 약제 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 동물모델은 본 발명은 IFNγ 리포터 유전자를 포함하는 동물과 아토피 피부염 유발 동물의 교배를 통해 얻어진 이형접합 동물과, 아토피 피부염 유발 동물을 역 교배하여 얻어지며 IFNγ 분비세포를 형광 발현하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 이러한 동물 모델을 이용하면 아토피 피부염을 조절하는 약제를 효율적으로 스크리닝할 수 있다.
