Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue Arzneimittelkombinationen, die neben einem oder mehreren PDE4-Inhibitoren (1) wenigstens einen EP4-Rezeptor-Antagonisten (2) umfassen, sowie deren Verwendung zur Therapie von vorzugsweise Atemwegserkrankungen wie insbesondere COPD, chronische Sinusitis und Asthma.
