The present invention provides a dental bone graft material of a biphasic calcium phosphate type using abalone shells, and a manufacturing method of the same. The dental bone graft material uses hydroxyapatite and beta-tricalcium phosphate synthesized from shells of abalone, which are industrial waste, and is manufactured through an analysis of optimum mixing ratio for alveolar bone regeneration, internal and external surface treatment of the graft material to maximize the induction of bone tissue regeneration for dental and medical use, and biosafety and biocompatibility analysis.본 발명은 산업폐기물인 전복 패각으로부터 합성된 생체이식용 바이오세라믹인 수산화인회석 (Hydroxyapatite, HA) 및 베타-제삼인산칼슘 (β-tricalcium phosphate)을 원료로 하여 치조골 재생을 위한 최적 배합비율 분석, 치과의료용 골 조직 재생유도를 극대화하기 위한 이식재의 내·외부 표면화처리, 생물학적 안전성 및 생체 적합성 분석을 통하여 전복패각 유래 치과의료용 이상인산칼슘계열 합성골 이식재 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.
