PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretchable sheet suitable for an underpants type absorbent article which is desired to fit to a girth part.SOLUTION: A stretchable sheet of the embodiment comprises a plurality of elastic filaments and two layers of nonwoven fabrics. The elastic filaments can be stretched in a first direction. The two layers of nonwoven fabrics are arranged to face each other through the plurality of elastic filaments. The nonwoven fabrics comprise: a plurality of salients arranged intermittently along the first direction, and extending along a second direction orthogonal to the first direction； and flat parts arranged between adjacent salients out of the plurality of salients and extending along the second direction.
