The present invention provides a cosmetic composition which contains, as effective components: a Daedaleopsis tricolor extract obtained from one or more selected from the group consisting of a fruit body, a mycelium, and a culture solution of the mycelium of Daedaleopsis tricolor； and a fermented material using the mycelium of Daedaleopsis tricolor. The cosmetic composition according to the present invention contains the Daedaleopsis tricolor extract obtained from the fruit body and the mycelium of Daedaleopsis tricolor, the Daedaleopsis tricolor extract obtained from the culture solution of the mycelium of Daedaleopsis tricolor, and the fermented material using the mycelium of Daedaleopsis tricolor as effective components, thereby having excellent skin elasticity improvement and wrinkle reduction effects.
