PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing net that greatly reduces or eliminates a risk of catching seabirds or marine mammals going to prey the fish caught in the fishing net.SOLUTION: A fishing net 1 comprises a net fabric 2, an upper shelf 3, a lower shelf 4, a float 5 and a sinker 6.
