The purpose of the present invention is to provide a hyaluronic acid composition which contains a component having health risks as little as possible.The hyaluronic acid composition according to the present invention is a hyaluronic acid composition containing hyaluronic acid (A), fulfills the requirement represented by item (1) mentioned below, and has a ratio of the weight of a hyaluronic acid synthase (B) to the weight of the hyaluronic acid (A) (hyaluronic acid synthase (B)/hyaluronic acid (A)) in the hyaluronic acid composition of 1/100 or less: (1) the total amount of N-acetylgalactosamine and galactosamine in constituent monosaccharides that constitute the hyaluronic acid (A) contained in the hyaluronic acid composition is 5 wt% or less relative to the weight of the hyaluronic acid (A).La présente invention a pour but de proposer une composition d'acide hyaluronique qui contient un composant ayant des risques pour la santé aussi faibles que possible. La composition d'acide hyaluronique selon la présente invention est une composition d'acide hyaluronique contenant de l'acide hyaluronique (A), vérifie les conditions représentées par le point (1) mentionné ci-dessous et a un rapport du poids d'une acide hyaluronique synthase (B) au poids de l'acide hyaluronique (A) (acide hyaluronique synthase (B)/acide hyaluronique (A)) dans la composition d'acide hyaluronique de 1/100 ou moins : (1) la quantité totale de N-acétylgalactosamine et de galactosamine dans les monosaccharides de constituant qui constituent l'acide hyaluronique (A) contenu dans la composition d'acide hyaluronique est 5 % en poids ou moins par rapport au poids de l'acide hyaluronique (A).本発明は、健康被害リスクのある成分を極力含まないヒアルロン酸組成物を提供することを目的とする。 本発明のヒアルロン酸組成物は、ヒアルロン酸（Ａ）を含むヒアルロン酸組成物であって、下記（１）の要件を満たし、上記ヒアルロン酸組成物中のヒアルロン酸合成酵素（Ｂ）と上記ヒアルロン酸（Ａ）との重量比（ヒアルロン酸合成酵素（Ｂ）／ヒアルロン酸（Ａ））が１／１００以下である。 （１）上記ヒアルロン酸組成物に含まれる上記ヒアルロン酸（Ａ）を構成する構成単糖中のＮ－アセチルガラクトサミン及びガラクトサミンの合計割合が上記ヒアルロン酸（Ａ）の重量を基準として５重量％以下である。
