The present invention relates to a prevention device for animal accidents using a sweeping ultrasonic signal. Specifically, the present invention relates to a prevention device for animal accidents which can prevent animals from entering the road and accidents caused by the animals by randomly or uniformly sweeping and generating sound waves at a frequency only the animals can hear. The prevention device for animal accidents with regards to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a signal generating unit for generating sound waves at a non-audible frequency which cannot be heard by human ears and a control unit for controlling the operation of the signal generating unit.
