The present invention relates to a lubricating coating comprising at least one polymer A, a cross-linker and at least one lubricating agent, and wherein a portion of the at least two reactive groups of the cross-linker are covalently linked to the polymer A to form a three- dimensional network in which the lubricant is incorporated, and wherein at the same time another portion of the reactive groups of the cross-linker are covalently linked to the surface of the device or to the optional adhesion layer on the surface of the device.La présente invention concerne un revêtement lubrifiant comprenant au moins un polymère A, un agent de réticulation et au moins un agent lubrifiant, et une partie des au moins deux groupes réactifs de l'agent de réticulation étant liée de manière covalente au polymère A pour former un réseau tridimensionnel dans lequel le lubrifiant est incorporé, et, en même temps, une autre partie des groupes réactifs de l'agent de réticulation étant liée de manière covalente à la surface du dispositif ou à la couche d'adhérence facultative sur la surface du dispositif.
