A computer-implemented method for dynamically adjusting theoperation of an automated audiometer during a hearing test of apatient comprising the steps of: (i) collecting or loading pre-collectedpersonalization settings of the patient before thehearing test； (ii) adjusting parameters of the hearing test toaccord with the personalization settings of the patient； (iii)commencing the hearing test； (iv) actively monitoring andanalyzing at least one input factor during the hearing test； (v)adjusting operation of the hearing test if the at least oneinput factor meets a pre-defined triggering scenario； (vi)repeating steps (iv) to (v) until the hearing test has beencompleted by the patient or stopped by the audiometer； and (vii)analyzing results of the hearing test.
