CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing placenta extract comprises: a step of pulverizing placenta in a first aqueous medium to obtain pulverized placenta solution； a step of separating the placenta solution into a first liquid part and first solid part； a step of adding the first solid part to hydrophilic solvent and separating into a second liquid part and second part； a step of mixing the first and second liquid parts； and step of adding surfactant and irradiating by UV ray.본 발명은 생리활성 성분이 풍부한 태반 추출물을 제조하는 방법 및 신규한 태반 추출물에 관한 것이다.
