PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor unit as one constituent of a device for detecting and reporting an amount of faeces or urine discharged in a diaper.SOLUTION: A sensor unit 3 is configured to be compatible electrically and mechanically with a sensor unit 3 of a device for detecting an amount of defecation and urination in a diaper 1, is attached on an outer side of the diaper 1, and is connected with a body of the device. In the sensor unit 3, a temperature sensor or the like is attached on a flexible printed board and the whole is covered with a protection cover.
