Provided is a blood separating or concentrating container comprising: (i) a main body part (1) comprising an upper container (2), a lower container (3) and an hourglass shaped connecting part (4) connecting the upper container (2) and lower container (3) (ii) an upper cap (6) which is coupled so as to be able to advance and retreat on the upper container (2) and in which is formed an insertion port (11) where a syringe (7) can be inserted (iii) the syringe (7) which is fitted into the upper cap (6) in a downward direction through the insertion port (11) and thereby closes the connecting part (4), and is able to suck in and separate out separated blood products located in the connecting part (4) and (iv) a lower cap (9) which hermetically seals the lower container (3) while being coupled to the floor surface of the lower container (3) in such a way as to be able to advance and retreat on the lower container (3), and in which is formed a packing part (8) fitted in an airtight fashion to the lower container (3). In the container of the present invention, because the upper container and the lower container are connected by means of the hourglass shaped connecting part, the boundary region between erythrocytes and plasma or the boundary region between different constituents can be very clearly seen through the hourglass shaped connecting part, and thus there is the advantage that different constituents can be precisely separated.
