The manipulation element has a bias bar and a manual bar interacting with each other to form an L shape for pivoting the first cover with the second cover according to the lever principle, a link arm extending axially from the manual bar, and a first flexible arm and a second flexible arm extending obliquely from opposite ends of the link arm in opposite direction. The first flexible arm and a second flexible arm respectively form a first pressing portion and a second pressing portion.
