PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graft with various biological activities for allogenic transplantation, autologous transplantation or heterogenic transplantation in bone grafting and/or biocompatible material and a manufacturing method of the material.SOLUTION: A bone material is collected from donors, the collected material is exposed to a solvent having a constitution for releasing growth factor and biological active material from a cell material of the collected bone material and then the collected bone material is washed with a washing agent and pH of the collected material is practically neutralized and antibacterial polysaccharide is contained. An implant is an implant for orthopedic surgery which may contain a bone stimulant. There is provided the implant for orthopedic surgery containing decalcified bone holding BMP-2, deacetylated chitosan with concentration of less than 2.5% in a range of 50 to 99%, the bone stimulant and water. There is provided an implant where the bone stimulant is preferably calcium salt with concentration of more than 10%, more preferably 40% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】骨移植における同種移植、自家移植、又は異種移植について種々の生体活性のある移植片及び/又は生体適合性材料、及び前記材料の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】骨材料をドナーから集め、集めた骨材料を溶解剤にさらし、この溶解剤は、集めた骨材料の細胞材料から成長因子と生体活性材料を放出させるような構成であり、次いで、集めた骨材料を洗浄剤で洗浄し、集めた骨材料のpHを実質的に中和し、抗菌性多糖を含む。また、インプラントは、骨刺激剤も含んでいてもよい整形外科用インプラント。BMP-2が保持された脱灰された骨と、濃度が2.5%未満で、50~99%の範囲で、脱アセチル化したキトサンと、骨刺激剤と、水と、を含む整形外科用インプラント。前記骨刺激剤が10%より高い濃度のカルシウム塩であることが好ましく、より好ましくは40%以上であるインプラント。【選択図】なし
