PURPOSE: A direction display device and a system for the blind, a guide method using the same, and a recording medium thereof are provided to inform the blind of travelling direction through vibration. CONSTITUTION: A direction display device for the blind comprises a vibrating unit(100), a control unit(200), a handle unit, a sensing unit, and an emergency transmission device(600). A plurality of vibrating units transfers vibration in order to display the traveling direction to the blind. The control unit outputs a control signal controlling vibration intensity or vibration time based on the information of the sensing unit. The handle unit is equipped so that the blind can grip the vibrating unit. The emergency transmission device can inform the blind of an emergency.본 발명은 시각장애인용 전방위 방향제시 장치 및 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 시각장애인과 함께 이동되면서 시각장애인에게 이동방향을 진동에 의한 촉감으로 알려줄 수 있는 시각장애인용 전방위 방향제시 장치 및 시스템에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 시각장애인 전방에 놓인 장애물에 대한 정보를 획득하는 감지수단(500)； 감지수단(500)의 정보에 기초하여 시각장애인에게 이동방향을 제공하기 위한 진동 세기 또는 진동 시간을 제어하는 제어신호를 출력하는 제어수단(200)； 및 제어수단(200)의 제어신호에 기초하여 시각장애인의 이동방향을 제시하기 위한 진동에 의한 촉감을 전달하는 복수의 진동수단(100)；이 개시된다.
