This invention provides a rotation type probe cover dispensing device of ear thermometer, mainly comprising a base disposed with a probe cover engagement slot and a rotational base. The rotational base is disposed with at least one rotational shaft at two sides for fixing on the base, enabling the rotational base to rotate on the base. The rotational base is also disposed with a probe cover receiving set which can be rotated. The probe cover receiving slot can receive a plurality of probe covers therein and the probe cover is dropped out from a probe cover dispensing opening. The base is also disposed with a sliding rail set located on the probe cover engagement slot to slide the probe cover receiving set on the probe cover engagement slot by matching up with the rotational base so as to dispense the probe cover in the probe cover receiving set into the probe cover engagement slot.
