PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new antifungal compound in relation to antifungal compounds, antifungal agents containing the antifungal compound, and foods, cosmetics and pharmaceutical compositions containing the antifungal compound.
SOLUTION: There are provided a peptide comprising an amino acid sequence of 3-5 amino acid residues containing the amino acid sequence represented by Phe-Gly-Tyr and/or Ser-Gln-Phe, and derivatives and salts of the peptide.
